Data controller CoachBoard is published by Safar Harutyunyan, a sole trader registered in France as a micro-entrepreneur. SIREN: 103 585 295 — SIRET: 103 585 295 00019 We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data collected We only collect data necessary to operate the service:
Identity and account: name, email address, profile photo, role (coach/student), authentication data
Activity on the platform: courses, lessons, exercises, submissions, live sessions, studies, messages where applicable
Payments: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers
Technical data: logs, security, abuse prevention, diagnostics
Optional AI features: when used, the minimum content required to generate the answer may be transmitted to our provider (OpenAI). AI features are optional and disabled by default.

Account creation and service delivery: performance of the contract
Billing: performance of the contract and legal obligations
Security, maintenance and improvement: legitimate interest
Analytics or non-essential cookies (if enabled): consent
Recipients and subprocessors Data may be processed by:
Supabase (database/authentication), hosted in the EU
Vercel (application hosting)
Stripe (payments and billing portal)
OpenAI (optional AI features only when used) Some providers may process data outside the EEA; transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention Data is retained for the duration of the account and the time required to meet legal, accounting or evidence obligations. Upon account deletion, data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
