Object CoachBoard is a software platform for chess coaches and their students (courses, exercises, live sessions, studies and related features).

Publisher and trademark CoachBoard is published by Safar Harutyunyan, micro-entrepreneur registered in France. SIREN: 103 585 295 — SIRET: 103 585 295 00019 The name "CoachBoard" is the subject of a trademark filing with the INPI. The software and original content are protected by intellectual property laws.

Accounts Users must provide accurate information. Coaches who invite or manage students remain responsible for compliance with applicable rules regarding minors.

Paid services Paid plans may be offered. Prices and features are those displayed at subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscription management and cancellation are available via the billing tools provided. As a micro-entrepreneur under the French "franchise en base" regime, prices are displayed without VAT. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use You agree not to use CoachBoard unlawfully, not to disrupt the service, not to access data without authorisation, and not to upload unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend or close an account in case of serious or repeated breach.

User content Users remain responsible for the content they create or upload. They warrant they hold the necessary rights. CoachBoard does not systematically moderate content but may act upon reports or legal requirements. AI-generated suggestions (if used) are provided for convenience only and remain the responsibility of the user.

Availability and liability The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may deploy updates or improvements without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, proven and foreseeable damages.

Applicable law and jurisdiction French law applies. In the absence of an amicable solution, disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
